Ingredients
4 avocados 1 pd hamburger meat Taco seasoning of your choice Lettuce Tomato’s Cheese How to make 1. Start by cutting your avocados in half then scoop out the center to make a bowl for hamburger. I keep the scooped-out avocados to make guacamole. 2. Next fry up the hamburger add seasoning of your choice. 3. Once hamburger is done start filling the avocados with it. 4. Once all the avocados are filled add cheese and stick in your oven till cheese is melted. I use my George Foreman Evolve Grill to cook them. 5. Once all cheese is melted add toppings. This was a super keto friendly meal, But anyone would enjoy it no matter what your eating style is.
